This 27,000 square foot, 3-story building provides 10 apartments for homeless people with substance abuse or mental health issues and 10 apartments for people who qualify for affordable housing.

The Bloomfield High School renovation team of Newfield Construction, Inc., Diggs Construction and Tai Soo Kim Partners mentored eighteen students from the Bloomfield area on a design and construction challenge. The student's challenge was to design a new library addition and landscaped courtyard for Bloomfield High.

This 60,000 adaptive reuse of the old St. Joseph Cathedral School has provided 28 two- and three-bedroom apartments to the community.
