Identified by this non-profit social service provider, Newfield sponsored a family including a 15-year old girl, 9- and 11-year old boys and their mother.

This 27,000 square foot, 3-story building provides 10 apartments for homeless people with substance abuse or mental health issues and 10 apartments for people who qualify for affordable housing.

Newfield has been hired to construct a 35,000 square foot state-of-the-art research facility to take Pepperidge Farm to the next step in their corporate development. The Bloomfield High School renovation team of Newfield Construction, Inc., Diggs Construction and Tai Soo Kim Partners mentored eighteen students from the Bloomfield area on a design and construction challenge. The student's challenge was to design a new library addition and landscaped courtyard for Bloomfield High.

This 60,000 adaptive reuse of the old St. Joseph Cathedral School has provided 28 two- and three-bedroom apartments to the community.
