Brian Grant

Executive Vice President, Preconstruction

Mr. Grant has been with Newfield since 2001. During his career, Brian has held the positions of Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager and Project Executive. Brian has successfully led dozens of projects from start to finish and he continuously maintains great relations with all of his past clients. Brian’s real-world experience in the field and in the office have given him extensive knowledge of what it takes to set up a project for success. In his role as executive vice president of preconstruction, Brian leads Newfield’s preconstruction efforts on all of our projects to ensure that each one is properly shepherded through the process from initial award to the start of construction. Brian sets the standard for all of our preconstruction staff in establishing preconstruction milestone schedules, developing project budgets, performing detailed constructability reviews, permit acquisition, and creation of bid packages for a successful bid and timely start to construction. Additionally, Brian has extensive experience with the State Dept of Administrative Services as well as Office of School Construction Grants and is an asset in navigating the requirements of publicly funded projects.
