Newfield acted as General Contractor on the renovation of BIC's 150,000 square foot corporate headquarters. The facility includes executive and back office space, new data center and IT departments. All spaces required new partitions, finishes and upgraded MEP services. In addition, the first floor public area received substantial upgrades to achieve BIC's corporate branding. The existing first-floor kitchen was demolished and replaced with a corporate / catering kitchen plus a two-story semi-circular addition to accommodate additional dining space.

The entire building facade was dismantled and refurbished with metal wall panels and new windows and extensive site work completed this project.

As a corporate leader in sustainability efforts, BIC has designed this facility to attain LEED Silver Accreditation.
