Brush Library Renovation

Newfield acted as CM on this fast-track 2012 summer renovation project. 10,000sf was renovated within Loomis' existing media center. The renovation scope included demolition/reconfiguration of the rooms around the existing faculty lounge into a dedicated Global Studies space including four classrooms and two conference rooms, the addition of a fire protection system to the entire first floor, replacement of lighting in the open area, new carpeting at all rooms, a new circulation and reference desk and new furniture.

Center for Teaching Excellence

This fast-track 2011 summer project included the renovation of an interior library space into a conference center for teacher collaboration at this independent school. HVAC, electrical, data and general trades work was completed by Newfield as GC.
