Newfield provided Construction Management services for a new gymnasium/gathering hall and parish religious education center to serve the needs of this growing Fairfield County church and parochial school. Starting in schematic design, Newfield worked closely with the church's administration and building committee and architect, Herbert S. Newman and Partners, to provide a master plan for future school and church expansions. Newfield also provided budgets, value engineering and constructability feasibility reports for the projects. In order to expedite approvals, we provided support with Newtown's local and State official boards and commissions.

The new 17,700 square foot facility houses a gymnasium that doubles as a parish gathering hall, school media center, cafeteria, parish chapel and support spaces.
