Newfield Construction has been engaged by the Cornell Scott Hill Health Center to serve as Construction Manager during the construction of a new $11M, 30,000sf recovery and wellness center. The 3-story building will provide a medical clinic as well as individual and group therapy rooms. It will also provide shelter for 40 men and 12 women with support spaces such as kitchen, cafeteria, exercise rooms, lounges and outdoor space.
