Acting as Owner's Representative, Newfield oversaw construction of this 9000 square foot building which previously housed the fire department. The project includes a 2-bay garage, offices, storage, locker room and kitchen facilities. The building is next door to the new Fire Station, so the two agencies will be able to easily interact to support the Stratford community.
