Newfield acted as General Contractor on our second new Subaru dealership for the Boch Automotive Group, being leased back by Center Subaru. The new car dealership is 22,000 square feet and follows Subaru's guidelines for its Signature of Excellence Facility Design and Construction Program. Beginning with the large curved glass wall showcase, the facility focuses on clean lines and uncluttered spaces.

The main floor offers sales, service, parts and new car delivery areas. Office space and storage occupy the second floor mezzanine area. Public spaces within this dealership offer high-end finishes, including a comfortable waiting area with fireplace and flat screen television, where customers can relax in comfort.
