On a prime parcel in the heart of Newtown, Newfield constructed a 17,000sf mixed-use complex of retail and office space. The facility incorporates typical New England architecture and was completed in 12 months. Newfield also completed much of the fit-out work for tenants, including Webster Bank, a dry cleaner and a gift shop. Upon completion of the project, the building was 93% occupied, bringing new jobs and tax base to Newtown.
