National developer, Olympia Properties, was seeking a strong construction services provider for their new hotel in Stonington, CT. Newfield was chosen to build a new Hampton Inn, catering to families visiting the Mystic Seaport and other area attractions.

This 56,000 square foot hotel offers 92 guest rooms on three levels. A lobby with breakfast area greets guests upon arrival and offers an area for relaxation. An exercise room and indoor swimming pool provide recreational activities for guests. A meeting room allows for small corporate gatherings and back offices provide administrative space for hotel staff. The facility is ADA accessible and has card reader access to all guest and public rooms within the facility.

The hotel will be completed in the Spring of 2008.
