The Connection Inc. (TCI) provides supportive housing for families struggling with the problems of abuse, neglect, addiction and crime. It has been proven that providing families in need with supportive housing and appropriate social service support, is less than half as expensive as the alternatives - prison, shelters, and hospitals.

To that end, TCI hired Newfield Construction to renovate nine existing multi-family homes and build one new modular home for their clients in Middletown. These homes are located on residential streets providing children with a stable and caring home environment. The renovations included site utility upgrades, full interior demolition, new systems and interior and exterior finishes.
