At 35,000 square feet, this is one of the largest facilities in the area and surely the most luxurious. Located on the Farmington River, the grounds of the facility include grand terraces for ceremonies and picturesque gardens. The brick and stone façade is punctuated with spectacular oversized windows.

On the interior, a granite rotunda greets guests and fireplaces, warm color hues and attention to detail accent one-of-a-kind parties for up to 900 people. One large ballroom may be split into multiple spaces allowing for flexibility of party size. Two bar and cocktail areas service guests and elegantly appointed private suites provide a respite for honored guests. One significantly sized commercial kitchen and a smaller prep kitchen with storage areas allow all services to be provided on site.
