A beautiful day for a wonderful groundbreaking ceremony at Holmes Elementary School. It was great to see many City and school officials here to celebrate as we break ground, and we look forward to a fourth successful collaborative project between the City of New Britain, Newfield Construction and Kaestle Boos Associates. #groundbreaking #newbritain
