With a strong background in project management, he is heavily involved in pre-construction planning, budgeting, and continuous project monitoring. Accessible to clients, Brian has progressed through various roles since joining in 1999, now serving as President/CEO.
Brian Grant, LEED AP
Exec. Vice President
As Newfield's Executive VP of Pre-construction, Mr. Grant handles all pre-construction operations from initiation to start. With Newfield since 2001, he has diverse experience across roles, leading projects, maintaining client relations, and leveraging his vast experience to ensure project success. His responsibilities encompass scheduling, budgeting, reviewing constructability, permit acquisition, and formulation of bid packages.
Stephen Buccheri, LEED AP
General Manager
As General Manager, Mr. Buccheri leads Newfield's teams, aligning project details with client goals. His deep knowledge of construction and 40+ years of experience, including a tenure at Newfield since 1996, allows him to simplify complex processes and effectively solve real-world problems, keeping projects on track and clients satisfied.
Tom DiMauro, LEED AP
Vice President, Preconstruction
With 40+ years in construction, Mr. DiMauro has managed diverse commercial projects. Before joining Newfield in 1998, he ran a General Contracting firm for 18 years. At Newfield, he's spent 24 years specializing in public school projects, mastering pre-construction planning for large and intricate school developments. His method involves detailed action plans, schedules, and budget exercises to fulfill client goals. Tom's knowledge spans market dynamics, funding agencies, and educational standards.
John D’Angelo
Chief Financial Officer
As Newfield’s Chief Financial Officer, John is responsible for the accounting and financial management of the company. Besides his corporate financial functions, John works closely with our Project Managers to ensure contractual payment schedules are met and projects move seamlessly through their administrative cycles. He develops short-term and long-term financial plans for the company. John holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Connecticut as well as an MSAT from the University of Hartford and brings valuable experience with over 40 years in the industry.
