The City of Norwalk hired Newfield Construction to provide CM Services for multiple Norwalk High School campus projects. The scope of work involves renovations and upgrades to the facilities that support the culinary arts program with a state-of-the-art learning center. The new equipment will include ovens, exhaust hoods, refrigeration equipment, and necessary casework to create a new kitchen and classroom environment.
Complete renovations to the High School’s restrooms, new fixtures, flooring and lighting, and a door and wood panel replacement project. These renovations and enhancements are part of the phase 1 and 2 renovations that will take place throughout two summers.
