Project Superintendent

For the position of Project Superintendent, the candidate should have a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field and have a minimum of 8-10 years of field experience in both the public and private sectors managing projects in excess of $10 Million. The candidate should also possess the following skills:

  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing needs
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate on a daily basis with key project stake holders and represent the company’s best interest
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Etc.)
  • Proficient in Document Management Software (Procore or similar)
  • Proficient in BlueBeam Revu & BlueBeam Studio
