Newfield Construction was awarded the General Contracting services from a prequalified list of bidders for Children’s Dental and Kozlowski Orthodontics, both looking to expand their services to East Lyme, Connecticut.
The project consisted of demolishing the existing building structures and constructing a 10,000sf dental facility and related site development. Close coordination was needed concerning the rough-in and final connections of medical gas systems and the dental and sterilization equipment. The project was completed in eight months.
