This new custom 6,000 square-foot, 2-story residence serves a dual purpose as the family’s home and event and conference space for guests who visit the Choate campus and is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on a professionally landscaped wooded lot. The 1,200-square-foot event area with a fireplace opens to a large bluestone patio with lush landscaping enhancing the entertainment area. The kitchen is contiguous to provide food preparation and serving needs. Also adjacent is a small conference room and office.

Pocket doors close off the entertainment area from the personal residence. The home includes twelve-foot ceilings and six-foot hallways connecting the living and dining rooms, kitchen, playroom for the children, and two offices. The main bedroom suite has separate walk-in closets, a bathroom, and a bedroom. There are three other bedrooms and four additional bathrooms in the home. The basement is partially finished for laundry, storage, and recreation space. This beautiful home includes custom millwork, high-end fixtures, and appliances.
