The Campus Center and Dining Hall project at the Loomis Chaffee School created a lively student hub by bringing together student dining, activities, and social spaces in one facility. The 53,000-square-foot project included renovations and additions to the existing building, compromised of a 1913 two-story dining hall and a 1969 one-story addition. Improvements were a new institutional kitchen, a food-court style service, and two new dining rooms; the historic dining hall will be renovated to accommodate the student lounge.
