This project focused on renovating the existing theater and a 7,000sf addition. The renovations include changes to the existing wood-framed building, and the sloping floor was removed and restructured. In addition, new theatrical equipment, seating, and a new stage were also added.
The 7,000f addition houses a new lobby, dance studio, black box classroom, dressing room, and contemporary bathrooms. The latest addition also has all-new HVAC and electrical systems that tie into existing utility tunnels’ campus heating and cooling infrastructure.
