ABERNETHY ENHANCED ASSISTED LIVING
Renovation of 20,000 square feet to accommodate 44 studios or double-occupant large rooms. The concept is arranged around an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and common areas where residents can gather with friends and family. Three nursing stations provide 24-hour care, and access to a rooftop garden is provided so residents can enjoy nature. A small medical clinic offers exam rooms for ease of maintenance.

THE ROBINSON ASSISTED LIVING
Renovation of this assisted living area within McLean included renovating and upgrading ten living units. The goal of this renovation was to maintain a residential and neighborhood feel so that residents could seek out activities to meet their daily needs. Newfield also relocated the physical therapy department to accommodate the residents’ living area increase.
