Newfield provided Construction Management services for the additions and renovations project at the Ponus Ridge Middle School, serving approximately 700 students in grades 6 through 8th grade. The existing, partial 2-story building is about 91,000 SF and the addition of roughly 41,000 SF. The School includes an auditorium and a large gym. The alterations and associated site work converted the facility into a STEAM program serving grades Pre-K through 8th grade with 1,050 students. The School is now an intra-district magnet school.
